What we hold, and why.
Written to be read rather than to be defensible. If something here is unclear, ask.
What we collect
To send you a parcel we need your name, shipping address and email address, and we keep a record of what you bought and what you paid. That record is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, in the United States.
We never see your card. Payment happens inside PayPal, on PayPal’s own page. We receive a confirmation, an amount and a transaction id — not a card number.
Who else gets it
- Printful — the press. They receive your name and shipping address, because they are the ones putting it on the box.
- PayPal — the payment. They receive whatever you give them directly, plus the order total and the shipping address, which is what their seller protection is based on.
- Resend — the email. They receive your address in order to deliver the receipt and the tracking notice.
- Neon — the database the order record sits in.
That is the entire list. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.
Measurement
If a Meta advertising pixel is enabled on this site, it reports page views and purchases to Meta so that advertising can be measured. It is not enabled by default, and no personal data beyond what your browser sends any site is passed to it. Your browser’s do-not-track and content-blocking settings are respected because the script simply does not load past them.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser’s local storage, which never leaves your device and is not readable by us.
How long
Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for tax and dispute purposes, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner, and we will, unless a tax obligation says otherwise — in which case we will tell you which one.
Asking
Write to bryanramirez1220@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. No particular form of words is required.
