Damaged, flawed, or not what you ordered

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We replace it or refund it — your choice — and you do not send the original back. That is the whole process; there is no form.

Wrong size

Every product page carries the garment measured flat, in centimetres and inches, because the numbers are the only thing that transfers between brands. Please read them before ordering.

Each item is printed for one person after they order it, so a returned shirt cannot go back on a shelf — there is no shelf. We therefore cannot take a size exchange as a matter of course. Write to us anyway if you have got it badly wrong: we would rather you wore the thing than resented it, and we will do what we sensibly can.

A wrong address

If a parcel comes back to the press because the address was incomplete, we will re-send it once you have given us the corrected one. Postage on the second attempt is on you.

Cancelling

Write immediately. Before the press starts, we can stop it and refund you in full; after it starts, we cannot. In practice that window is a few hours, not days.
