Terms
The agreement.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes an agreement when we take payment and send you a confirmation. Until then either of us may walk away.
Prices are in United States dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are quoted from your address at checkout, before payment, and shown as separate lines.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a price was listed wrongly, if the printer refuses the address, or if stock at the press has run out. If we do, and you have already paid, you are refunded in full.
Made to order
Every item is printed after you buy it. See Returns for what that means in practice. Colours on a screen are an approximation; a printed garment will differ slightly from the photograph, and slightly from one blank colour to another.
The artwork
The designs, the photographs and the text on this site belong to us. Buying a garment buys you the garment — wear it, photograph it, give it away, sell it on. It does not license the artwork for you to reproduce on anything else.
Scripture quoted here is from the King James Version and the World English Bible, both in the public domain. We claim nothing over the words themselves.
Liability
If something we sell you is defective, our responsibility is to replace it or refund what you paid for it. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
